(RTTNews) - In an interview with RTT News, Peter Boockvar, equity strategist at Miller Tabak says investors should be focused on the "preservation of capital" in the current "bear market." Boockvar advises that if "you are to be in stocks," you should focus on agriculture and precious metals.
